What makes a bike night good

Re: What makes a bike night good
Sweet, bike night. I could probably talk Wade into getting his band to play out there. www.myspace.com/shunnedmetal, not trying to advertise for them or anything. They did just play last night at Piere's.

bike nights are usually all the same and they come and go im sure everybody has tried everything to make theres the best and most sucessful but most people with bikes loose interest in riding and there bikes sit in the garage until that nice summer sunday when they have nothing else to do

Make sure you hook up with a bar. A dealership can't serve beer unless it's catered. Don't know how many would attend for more than an hour unless there is beer and entertainment.
What night are you going to try? We will have to come out...

Re: What makes a bike night good
We help with a bike night here where we are from. The best thing that happens is a local honda dealer comes out with 2 supplied stock 50s and have people sign a waver and race on a track. not head to head but one at a time and record lap times. They offer a 200.00 cash prize but it is amazing to see how many people can wreck a 50 in a matter of 2 min. everyone who hasnt rode one just thinks its a stupid kids SAFE bike. That woeks well with us.

Actually RIDE BIKES. Get as many people as you can to do a group ride and return back to the location... Most people dont like to just sit around and talk about riding their bikes, they would rather ride them! I dont think I have been to a bike night yet where they actually led a group ride around the town. Other than that your off to a good start. Raffles, food, entertainment, and whatnot

Re: What makes a bike night good
IMO...If you cant ride or stunt there ...a TV or Vids are gonna be the best thing you could do
You dont NEED a projector setup... any Tv or a Cheap 150 dollar walmart TV/DVD combo unit will work ( Im sure the stealership CAN afford one of them and they can keep it playing in their showroom or at their parts counter during the week
OR ....even ask the radio station if they have a TV or projector setup.... my guess is they already have something like that ! just tell them to bring that **** ...and you'll hook them up with some of the coolest Vids :YEAH They'll probably love playing their music to Some cool *** Vids .... and they can set it up by their Setup.... and They might even feel like it will help "the Draw of people" to their truck or van or tent or whatever kind of setup they got goin on ....good luck man
please update us when this happens and share what worked and what didnt
