What to do on a CRF-150?

Aight, so I bought a crf-150 a couple of day's ago. Now I want to get it a little more stuntable than stock. I got some pegs on it for different **** but was wondering how to get ahold of maybe a 125 fork setup on solid forks to roll endo's(whenever I get the ***** to do it) and how would I go about converting the rear drum brake to a hyd. setup so I can rock a rear HB?

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

those would be nice things to have on a 150, but they will be expensive as ****. might as well just learn what you can on it stock then when you get better step up to something bigger and better.

Yeah....I here ya. I cranked the **** out of the idle on it and it's able to hold idle on BP for like 5 ft or 2-3 seconds, but I was wondering if it can be stunted out more than just stock.....?

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

of course it can, if you put a lot of time and money into it you could make it the ultimate stunt machine...but i dont think it would really be worth it. have you seen the 07 150's? you can probably get parts from that and do some fabrication

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

Yeah it'd be SO expensive and time-costly to switch to a disc on the back, and slap an hb on there. But the fork setup wouldn't be hard at all.

By the way, if you want don't want to burn your nice dirt tires to nothing, I'll sell you my bald set of tires for $20 + shipping.

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

Screw it, you pay shipping round up to the nearest ten, and they're yours.

Or you could buy yourself some real street tires. Probably the way to go if you plan to work on stuff and roll endos...

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

u should be able to rig up a hb on it with the drum brakes. search the 50 threads, i know there are some threads on how to make a hb on a 50. it would be basically the same.

My 150's pretty soft unless I really bounce it up and lean way forward to get any kind of distance.

Re: What to do on a CRF-150?

an HB is easy to rig up, but you really don't need one.

streets tires, a peg, and maybe something to stick my foot in would prolly be all i'd do.
