Rear Brake Conversion Question.

Ok Im new to the stunt scene and i got ah question about the left hand lever rear brake conversion. This might be a stupid question but how do you operate the clutch and brake with the same hand? Please, enlighten me. Thanks!

index finger on the clutch middle finger on the brake....
