Gpr Helmets

hi fellow riders

i just bought a GPR helmet.
it looks pretty cool and offers me a good degree of protection.
but i tried searching for this helmet on the internet and i couldnt find any links for the maintanance and care taking.
i want to know how to remove the minor scrathes on the visor
if any one out here have heard/used this GPR helmets please help me

never heard of GPR helmets and i run the parts department at a dealership, so probly just some cheapy brand, you can't take scratches off the shield just get a new one if you can find anyone that can get um.

i think GPR is from Thailand.Its not a cheap product.the build quality is really good.

how do people clean helmet visors, do you just use windex and paper towels...
this is a weird question, but ive never cleaned a visor before and this thread made me wonder...

i use brass wool to clean mine ! j/k windex and paper towls work great!

Windex and a paper towel. If its a painted helmet with clearcoat use paint cleaner and wax if you want it shiny. I would imagine that would work.

NO paper on plastic....period the paper scratches the lexan.....

us a soft cloth low lint and lense or plastic cleaner, like honda polish

ur just wet n wipe, for the cheap bitches....

i am told by someone here in office that a newspaper will work fine.
but i want to remove some very minor scratches on the visor.any tips ??

nobody ever posts any ******* pics these days, like its so terribly hard to take the picture, hook up the little cable to your computer, and post the link from photobucket, takes like 2 freakin minutes. people will post dumb threads that say, NEW PAINT! but no pics, great.

Nice Looking Helmet. But Remember, In This World You Get What You Pay For. I Dunno That $46 Is Gonna Pay For "superior Head Protection". Much Better Than Nothing, But It's No Arai.
