lemme see your 636 clipons
i just picked up an 04 636 and im leaning towards FI clipons but i kinda wanna try sum woodcraft. i wanna see some pics of what everyone else is running on their 636s.
also might run an upper, so id like to see how it all looks so i can get a good idea.

i run stock clipons but they are flipped and turned out just as far as i could with out them hitting my upper

i got a big sprocket and a hand brake too .im a no good dirty rotten cheater

and no they are under the tripple ,if you put them on top it would make the front of the bike too low for stoppies ..imo

yaahhh, i see your point. its got effin db bars , but those are coming off ASAP!!
(might be for sale soon)

just because they are two peice doesn't mean you will only have too replace the bar......

and the stock 636 ones flipped sit higher then most after market ones

They come REAL close-Now that you remind me, I gotta move them in a little more cuz I accidently pinched my thumb between the bars and upper. It sucked. Usually I just try not to go to the lock with bars.

and with the stock ones you won't have that problem because they are long enough that your hands arent in close enough to get pinched

Before I had woodcrafts, I had stock flipped and it worked just as good--I just like to be able to change the tubes out when they break. Always keep your stock clips just in case for sure!
