no... best bet is take a towel.. soak it in fiberglass resin.. put it where the enormous dent is.. and that'll fix it.. then bondo over it

you can try to fill the tank up with water and freeze it...
it might crack the tank, but the way i see it the tank is already worthless

I'm going to pick some up on my way to work tomorrow. I work till 1 tomorrow night so that will help me from being so bored. Plus we have alot of sanders so it works out good. Haha

Try tiger hire bondo, Keep in mind the first time you drop it its going to pop out. You could pull as much as posible out then bondo. That much bondo will not stick for long sorry.
