i used durraglass it like bondo however it like a rock. you can get it at your local auto paint shop

thats not that bad!! u should seen the 30.00 tank i bought off ebay last year. a good bodywork guy can fix that **** no problem

yea but the price of payin a good bodywork guy you minaswell buy a fairly good one off ebay

bondo can't fix crap except for scuffs and dings... the money and time you'll spend in tryin' to make that tank right would be better spent on a better tank... just fill that tank with sand and tie it around the ankles of the person who sold it to you before you push them off the bridge...

drill it pull it out and then weld it... then fiberglass then bondo then prime/paint. make sure not to get air bubbles under the fiberglass like i did the first time haha

good point!

the materials are cheap though if ya wanna do it yourself its not that hard just time consuming.

hardest part with a massive dent like that is to get a welder to pull the dents.
after that its chill

im confused u are showing what looks like a zx-10 tank dented to hell and then the final project a gixxer and the left side of the bike and the dent is on the ride side of the tank ????

yea iut should. my dads car is the biggest piece of ****.it runs good and everything but the whole car is pretty much covered in bondo lol and it holds up realgood.but its not pretty lol

Thats only alittle bondo. I pulled some of the dent out. Then laid some fiberglass and then some bondo.
