Re: HANDS DOWN!!! Who has the BEST "rear handbrake system" and why?
A brembo 16x18 MC, SS line, and a ho hey dual caliper bracket with F4i front caliper for the handbrake and 636 rear caliper for the foot brake, on an F4i or 600RR.
If it's for the 929 just get the brembo or 1000RR or 05+R1/R6/gsxr MC and an haibikeshop.com handbrake kit.

the normal caliper on the rear only has a single piston caliper and this one has four pistons and a bigger pad....

There is such a thing as a handbrake that is too strong. I don't care for the 4 piston setups nor do I think dual caliper is necessary but it is nice. For dollar value the Full Throttle Inc adapter with a 1000RR master is money. Strong enough to save you, not strong enough to have a little error bring the bike down. I still like my full throttle units with the integrated one piece and a 1000RR master. One finger lockup is good but if its too easy it can hurt your riding more than you think.

haha don't get me wrong I've "lost" the handbrake before coming in HOT in a 5050 coaster and many other times doing many other tricks. But they were all user errors. For tank circles when you start to fall off, combo coasters, straight line gangster combos, and idle circles, a strong yet not overly powerful handbrake (for myself) is key. I know a lot of people that feel the same that are considered to be on top of this sport.

It is that simple until you're tucking out of a 5050 circle and need all the grip your left hand can offer. Or you're in a 5050 coaster trying to tuck out and your *** starts to fall off. Then simple is not simple any longer. And that is just 5050 reasons there are tons of others, haha.
