fixing my f3
i have a 96 cbr f3. the wire that goes to my brain that controls my number 1 spark plug broke. does anyone know how to take the little silver prong out of the connector so i can reconnect the wire

The wire pulled out of the back of the plug going into the ecu?

i've tryed pulling it out and it won't come out it just rips the wire more
