Pegs Braking! 12 O'clock Beginner!
Ok so out of 8 successful scrapes and reinforcing my subframe, I've dropped the bike on the right hand side 2 times and broke the footpeg on the right side! How do I prevent this from happening in the future? (Obviously not dropping is the best answer!) just in case! As well... Where can I get a short clutch lever from? Index finger is hurting... lol

really no matter what cage you run your going to break stuff now and then w/ the right drop. i still run the ol' 905, For all the bashing ppl do on them im still happy w/ it ive only broken the left peg once and the left clipon insert in the lots after quite a few drops. Had a pretty good street crash that took out my upper stay and windscreen but bike landed upside down in a ditch lol. Cage is a little bent and hard to get of and on but still does the job lol
I havent tried axle sliders for those running them, are they just good to protect pass pegs or do they keep the rearsets off the ground too?

I'm kinda in the same situation you are with the crashing at 12.
Luckily I havn't broken a peg yet, but my stator cover did crack once with my FI cage. I ended up getting a round 12 bar and and powers cage.
I've wrecked since the new cage and nothing broke, but the bike did roll, just scratched the tank and tail up a little. No big deal.
Just thought I'd give you a little info on what happened with my 929.

Re: Pegs Braking! 12 O'clock Beginner!
i layed my bike on the side (both sides) and shaved my pegs down, till my bike could lay on its side without the pegs touching.

looks like the new subframe cage with pegs might help with that.

[quote=BaddBwoyRyda;2662680]Powers! Are the new subframe back pegs ready for sale yet? I see pics but it seems like their not ready for shipment! Am I wrong?[/quote
You can order, might have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for shipment(what Matt told me).
