metal work needed

i want to get a f4i tail section made out of metal. i am sick of going through one a month. can anyone make this happen?? and how much??? i want it to be able to work with my round bar.

I dunno about metal, but I've heard of people using plywood and even beer cases shoved in the tail to reinforce it, have you tried anything like that?

Do tyou want the rear faring made out of shhet metal, I can do that. I can also reenforce the sub and a custom bar. My shop is Full Throttle Fabrication. Let me know if your intrested.

that 12 bar is at a really bad angle, that's not an F4i, and that's not a metal tail section.

just get something like this made.it is 1/8" aluminum bracketed to the tailsection mounts ive seen some metal tails and they all look kinda funny

the subframe is steel yeah, the tail section is plastic. when he says metal tail section I think he means

made out of metal... I don't think he would say metal tail section, and mean subframe, when aluminum is metal also. Besides, F4i tailsections are known for blowing apart, their subframes aren't?

im not sure of the name of the guy but i think he does all westcoast conn. stuff you would have to talk to them,not to hard to make i would think
