Here is my abused Powers cage, cracked and bent...granted, I beat the **** out of it, but even when I called to ask about fixing it, or even purchasing another side...nothing..not buying powers again.

If it's one thing I've learnt it's this... Their is no 1 perfect product... Everyone has their own experiences in which they formulate their own opinions... Re: New Powers Stunt Products!!!
From my experience with powers over the last month I think that their customer service is as good or better than many places I have bought things from. I ordered a subcage a couple of weeks ago and they were very up front about having to wait for it and they have called with updates along the way. The best update was this morning when they said they were shipping it :YEAH.
Having worked in sales for the past couple of years I've learned that its nearly impossible to make everyone happy. You can go to incredible lengths to fix a problem and or give 100% to make customers happy and there is always going to be that percentage of customers who once they get rubbed the wrong way, whether its real or imagined, will never come back.
