credit sucks (stunt topic)
I actually wanted to put this in the stunt section because it gets looked at the most.
My first question is: Does anyone know someone who I can pay to ix my "F"ed up credit? Please PM me on this. I am serious.
Now onto the stunting end of things. I just bought a conversion kit from moto heaven. Has anyone had any experience with their products. I went back with stock gearing on the 1000 because I felt that it was a bit much being 3 up in the rear riding wheelies. What do you think?[/I]

Re: credit sucks (stunt topic)
some of those will **** your **** up worse
there is one thing you can do which is easy as ****
'length of credit' is a major critieria for credit score,
my dad put his credit card in my name and as far as FICO is concerned I had a credit card since I was 9, and it boosted my score by 40 points

Seriously, if you've got cash...
Pay off your debt. That's the only legitimate way of fixing your credit. If you owe people from anymore than 3 years or so ago - call them, and see if they will settle for something like 60%-70%. I know it sounds crazy, but I paid off just under $5K in debt this way to about 25 different creditors (I was a very irresponsible kid!). They will take some payment over nothing.
Also, the only thing that can help your credit is time. In the sense of payment history, and length of open, good standing accounts.
What are you trying to do? I was buying a house. I made sure to get only a CC and a cell phone bill in my name and paid off all my old ****. Car loans (sell the car if you are upside down - don't trade it in) are ****, having cable TV and utilities are sufficient sources of alternative credit when you're buying a house.
What are you planning to do? If you're wanting to buy a new bike... get a loan from the bank. If your credit isn't trashed, they'll loan you with a co-signer. It may have a higher APR, but it'll be better than any bike dealer.
Pay off all your old stuff with that green you say you got - get your mind off of easy fizes and get ready to get some work done on your credit...
It's does take work but you are the only person that can do it.

Oh yeah, and just so you know...
<------------ that bike is my primary source of transportation. And I don't live in tropical areas. Got rid of the ******* ego-booster and in doing so I dropped a $240/month car payment + another $95/month for full coverage.
Do what you gotta do - your friends will help you out when you can't ride. Trust me... unless you have no friends.
Here is a pic of her, I miss it - was an eye-catcher...
Also, if you're serious, be prepared to live like no one else at the moment. It's tough work but it can be done if you've had enough of car payments (been making car payments since I was 18 - **** that). Simplify your life and this **** is much easier to do... I promise.

You could have just payed the people you owed money to. Now your screwed because you burned them, now there burnin you. If you dont pay your bills eventuallty it will catch up to you. credit cards are the devil, people need to realize someday you will pay it back, one way or another.
