Question ?

I've never heard of that but the kill switch idea sounds pretty reasonable. Watch out for the exup valve messing up. Mine just started going retarded last month. It makes these wack popping sounds. I checked it out and the gear sometimes gets stuck while its turning the fuel pump on. Also, sometimes when popping the clutch in 2nd gear, my bike tends to loose all ***** instantly. THat crap happens like 3 or 4 times a month.

is it while your doing a stoppie or when you come down from one
if its when you come down it's probably your kickstand switch.

Yo it's your kickstand switch...........when you come down from the stoppie your kickstand "flaps" just enough to trigger the switch and it kills the engine.................easiest way to fix it is to just bypass it, cut the two wires and splice 'em together.

CUT OFF

its prob the level switch under the front seat its a ball setup so if the bikes falls the ball moves and cuts off the fuel system.my man jay from S.O.I filled his with hot glue to stop it.you might be able to unplug it or connect the two wires.:

mark is right. it is the kickstand switch. (gee u are smarter then mellen said u were. lol ) the tip over sensor doesn't trip durring stoppies, but u might want to fix it for 12's.

the bike doesn't shut off in the stoppie right? it's when u put it down. if so then u have your answer.

keep it on one wheel.

It's definitely the kick-stand. Try the stopppie in neutral.

CRASH SENSOR

WHEN YOU COME UP TO HIGH IT TRIGGERS THE CRASH SENSOR.
IF YOU TIPPED OVER ON YOUR SIDE THE BIKE WOULD SHUT OFF SAME WITH WHEELIES ENDOS ETC...

If it is yhe crash sensor you can fill the crash sensor box with lightfluid oil! That will delay the mecanism so if you lay down the bike it'll take a few seconds for it to shut the engine of!

That way you want destroy the engine if you lay down your bike!

I have heard of people that have had engine failure while kneescrapeing on a race track (due to the crashsensor)!

That have never happened to me!

I would say it is the kick stand switch, Try to land stoppies smoother or do them in neutral- it is a pretty common problem.
