Re: stunt team or no team?

strength in numbers i guess? you guys can show dedication as a unit? but it looks better that you progress on your own having no support overcoming obstacles, but then again, if u overcome things while helping others progress as well then all the more props.. but then again, you don't need to be on a team to help the squids at the spot learn to balance

Re: stunt team or no team?

the best event to watch is the team event, besides endo events.. so i like teams. i just think that only teams that are a devoted as a real team should be allowed to compete... im not in favor of stacking a team for a comp..

and its cool being on a team cuz its easy to do shows

Re: stunt team or no team?

and being on a legit team its easier to get legal spots to ride, and you dont have to worry about squids coming around blowing the place up:YEAH

Re: stunt team or no team?

There is nothing better than a good team, and nothing worse than a bad team; and by good and bad I mean personality, not skill. Although I will agree that riding with people better than you is a little tough on the ego sometimes, but you will definately progress faster.

Re: stunt team or no team?

when I had my old team way back in 01 , it was kind of about ego issues and everyone wanting e spotlight . When I see alot of these groups that support eachother and help eachother with new tricks and learning I would love that. But since thats not reality all I know is solo progression ,and thats what Im used to . The only thing about that is I get the " its all about me" complex , but it is right?
