Re: What to do? F4i Rearsets...
you have to be careful heating up aluminum especially cast because it weakens the metal so much. I straighten out my front brake lever with heat just so I could get by for a couple days but it snapped in half after about a day. Did the same thing with my sub frame because it was had a slight bend in it and it broke to.

already have the sick inno cage. Never really broke a rearset on my f4i, just bent one. Really all I needed was the brake lever, but cant find just the lever for any cheaper than $50...figured I'd go ahead and get a rearset..

if you buy rearsets get the woodcraft cause you can use factory pegs, break lever and shifter if need be

Re: What to do? F4i Rearsets...
my brake pedal is bent, waaaaay too bent! So I'm wondering if I should just buy another complete right rearset(stock)...or if I should go ahead and order some aftermarket rearsets? I'm kinda cheap this month, trying to save some cash for a trip. But if I have to I'll buy some aftermarket rearsets. Also if I should go aftermarket, what kinds? Woodcraft, pro tek, vortex?
Short version: F4i stock rearsets, or aftermarket?

F3 uses the same bolt pattern but the foot pegs will be about two inches higher.

IMO, Vortex is **** quality. Their tolerances/quality control blows.
