anyone know where i can get a pair of handle bar risers for cheaper than a hundred bucks for two pieces of metal.. the only ones i can seem to find is free style

I have a triple drilled that has 1-1/8" risers on it and new Pro-Tapers mounted on it.

Would trade you for straight clip-ons and if you top triple is in pretty good shape....I'm going back FF for the street on my 954.

moneys ultra tight, trying to sell my 954 so I can afford to buy or put together an F4i

I'm still waiting on the a-hole insurance adjuster to call me to settle the claim from me getting rear-ended by a semi last oct.

I haven't forgotten about ya, and I thought you were putting it on ebay to sell and I would B.I.N. if I came up with the money??? gotta be honest with ya though...even though the frame is cheap....its a "blank" frame with no paper record other than the paypal sale from you....lost a lil interest when ya told me that since its sounds like a dirty frame(not accusing anyone just sayin what it looks like!). Not to provacative to have the F4i I spent time and money peicing together to be completely taken from me and dealing with cops if they find the frame to be dirty. I know for a fact I wouldn't ever seet the bike again!

If i can get this bike closer to stock form it'll prolly sell better, thats why I'm telling him I would trade if he wanted to.

Cheap universal ones from your dealer will work just fine with a drilled out triple.
Then and or, Have your local welder run bead around them for strength.

so you got triple risers and pro taper.... anything else like grips to go with it
....im kinda hesitent to trade cause i want to see how i like it

pick up an RC51 upper and you don't have to worry about the angle like the 954 and use regular TAG risers for $50

i say go for it jrod if you don't like it you can always sell the bars and risers on ebay and get some woodcraft clip ons for what you can sell the db set up for
thats what i did
by the way i flipped and swaped the clipons after you left the other day and that **** feels 100x better come over tomorow and check it out i bet you might like that better

nah.....got 2 of em....one on each bike.

but FYI, I got a 954 front end on my 600rr and it works perfect. You can either get an F4i set-up for it, or get the tank bracket for the F4i nd the rest for the 954 if you wanted to.

If I get the 954 sold(and depending on how I end up getting an F4i...building, paying cash(insurance settlement, or bank loan.) thats the only part thats not going with the bike.
