???? 1st stunt ????

Just got my bike finished cages, sprocket, an 12 bar. But have not stunted nothing but a fiddy. Any advice on what to learn first. I know brake control is critical an i can kill it on the fiddy is it close to the same thing. Just dont want to break myself up on the first day. Thanks

Re: ???? 1st stunt ????

Stunting the fiddy is different from stunting a sportbike. Do a wheelie.

Start by doing staggard standups. Drain your tire to 12lbs, snap your clutch and keep the throttle as steady as possible.

not far from it though,i rocked my fiddy for about 4-5months every day that i could ride i rode!, i have brake control on lock...i hopped on my buddy's 05 gsxr 600 and it took me about 45 minutes to get it slowed down, and i've scraped the exhaust twice...the fiddy is a bad *** learning tool, and yes you can easily take that knowledge over to a big bike

haha don't "snap" the clutch until you get used to it.... remember you JUST went up 14 on your sprocket... work on slipping it until you get so used to the balance that you can go strait to it every time w/o any bobbing along the way.... but honestly what you should do is go back to the stock sprocket until you have bp, throttle control, and rear brake on lock(on the f4i not the 50).... having a big sprocket is nice IF you are ready for it... goin up 14 makes the throttle touchy as hell and it will take you twice as long to truely learn balance... i made the same mistake when i first started... went up 14 and it was takin me FOREVER to learn... THEN i finally took peoples advice that had been there... sent back stock and started progressin like a M.F.

but its ur call bro i didn't listen to people at first about goin back stock on the sprocket... but i wised up and was glad i did. either way good luck bro

Re: ???? 1st stunt ????

i learned on a fifty and i scraped with my f4i in a week. it teaches u tons of brake control. if u say ur can do cool **** on the 50 then once u get used to clutching it up and slowing it down ur not going to have that many problems catching on.
