agree with you 100%

My opinion there's only one problem with the R6 and that is the subframe. And just because of that so many people cry about over it and call em garbage I don't get it . Yet so many people think the 636 is so great honestly I'd rather brace my subframe then replace my frame . Other then that I think there awesome some people like the snappyness of them some don't. I honestly think there the second best stuntbike.:YEAH

Re: SSB stuntbike project

I was under the impression that all R6 has a weaker (sub)frame. I wasn't aware that is was only the 2003+ that were a different style. I have heard of a lot of 905 frames getting mangled when taking a hard hit, and having to be cut off. Has 905 ever responded to this or is it considered "abuse" beyond what the cage was designed to do. I'm not against 905 by any means, I would be more likely to buy a product from a company that was always looking for ways to better there product

Re: SSB stuntbike project

i hate the million posts on here about r6's bein garbage,
yes the subframe sucks, GET A NEW ONE AND STOP CRYING !
or brace the one you got whatever,
if you put money into any bike and make it stunt ready, its gonna be just as good as the next,
ppl make it sound if the r6 goes on the cage it crumbles, mines hit the cage from 12 oclock falls and other crashs, its fine
got a scrapeworks subframe ordered and hopefully now i'm set !:YEAH

its awesome that SSB is doin a stuntbike bulid, who cares what brand it is !
e-dub's right on the money:YEAH

Re: SSB stuntbike project

FOR THE LAST TIME IT IS A 1999 R6, THOSE SUB-FRAMES ARE JUST AS STRONG AS THE NEXT.
