by the way i didnt sue yamaha they offered to take care of it. even though i fucked up in the turn which i do admit could have been avoided the screw was still in my throttle control. would you turn down a new bike if you wrecked and didnt have insurance? i didnt think so. i do admit that i was in the "oh ****" state of mind. i had a semi to the left of me and i was going 116 still did the best i could do, went down nice and walked away from it. im still ridin and thats all that matters
