here is how i do mine. look at the red line.
1st pic is what ur cable looks like and the 2nd pic is how mine looks like. hope this helps

^^^ Did you have to bend the lip up on the tank so it didn't pinch them? I've seen a post on here that said something like that but I couldn't find it

tag, mine just seem like they stick out more. ive seen some guys cut down to where they look almost like clip ons. my only prob is that if i cut i dont think i will have room for my perches to all fit where i need them. i think cutting will help in circles to bring my short *** arms closer in so i can use more body english.
