Re: flipin the clipons

theres a guy here that rides with the 0 degree, but for the money, i would just get a db kit from warped toys or someone like that, try flippin them first before you spend the money, all you have to do is drill those little set holes in the clip ons once you flip them for the controls. you'll see what im talking about, just drill the same hole a 180 degrees

Re: flipin the clipons

im just starting out, so i dont slow it down that slow yet, i can hit bp from a stop but im still not at idle, i dont clutch it up that hard yet, still learning brake, got an idle adjuster?
having your clip ons on the top, you have to lower the front, can you feel that its lower?, thats the whole reason i havent tried that yet

Re: flipin the clipons

those your stock bars? looks really good man.

im this close to buying a pair of fi 0's, but damn id love to get an upper when i find a good deal. dont want to get used to the wide stance only to go back once i get my bike back to ff.

scott is it a more comfortable setup than stock? duh wider bars are gonna give you much more leverage but i personally dont see much of an advantage unless your pulling through on hc's or rolling long *** stoppies. which i am doing neither. wacha think?

mine are only pulled out alittle, last time i talked to you i just pulled them out, they were nice for wheelies, but stoppies sucked cause you were bent over so much, but flipping them is awesome, i have so much more controll on stoppies and slow, plus highchairs feel alittle better, i think though im going to put them above the tree and see how that works out, ill let you know what i think when i ride it friday.
