riding idle on stock 04 r1

just wondering has anyone here done it? i can ride 1st at about 25mph for a decent length but i wanna slow it down..

wat kind of revs should it be at to ride idle?

I would think the idle would need to be at least 2grand without gearing but I've never wheelied an R1

I have an 03 RR with stock gearing and mines at like 3 grand to do sit down no handers..But it's an RR..I'd start at like 2500 and keep going up from there depending on how hard you are on the back brake.

got idle on my 01 f4i tonight 2nd time riing it stock sprocket runnin at 3500 fun fun fun cant wat to put the 60 on and get it down to walkin speed and start trying to dip in to circles.

thanks for the advice. just came back from a ride had it set at around 2 and was catching idle but pretty inconsistant.. it was windy tho and i was doing them in sit downs not really comfortable with staggerd yet.. but i can see how much easier it would be if i had staggerd down having all that weight over the back of the bike. il go out tomorow and crank it a lil higher and see how it goes.. thanks again
