im thinking about getting a taller bar. i might get either pastrana or hawkins high.
Hey check out the pro taper contour KX high bars. The pull back felt better than the pastrana bar to me.

Re: Who's runnin 1 1/8 bars?

i rode oversize DB bars on my former bike, feels so much better for pull through than classical ones with a lil bar in the middle!!
i used an Oshiro SX model, which is from very very far the strongest part i ever had on my bike, u'll bent ur frame before u break the handlebar!!!!

i'll try to put up some pics

damnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My goodridge lines are not making the stretch!!!!!! The rise is a little high on these pro tapers & just bought these front lines about 2 months ago. Also rerouting the throttle cables over the frame seems to put the cable ends in a bind at he throttle bodies.I dented the bottom of the tank up a little so they don't get pinched.Guess I will have to get new brakelines about 3 inches longer.
my line was 30" and 34" just in case if u wanna order it new (i run both line direct to each caliper) on 636 the throttle will go out on the left side off the frame i rerouted it and make it go out on the right side. feel much better no binding the cable
