scrape works subframe.

hey i just put a scrapeworks subframe on crashtina's 04 gsxr600, it actually fit i thought it was going to be like everything else and i was going to have to cut, grind, weld but i didn't. i give madd props to the guys at scrapeworks for the fit and finish. check out some pics.:YEAH :YEAH :YEAH its not my bike a chick we ride with.

i didnt weigh it, i should have but it was way heavier than the stock chinsey one. the stock one is really lite, it prolly weighs at least three times as much or more but its not really a big deal i dont think you will even notice it.

i dont have one on my bike but i def. can say i seen it on vinny's bike from ct. team risk... and i have to say theres nothing like it. those subframes are strong as F(_)CK... ima see wassup with me getting one but i def. think its worth every penny...

nice subframe man, looks good...they are def heavier than stock...but can take a serious beatin...just built 1 for my 07 gsxr, tubular steel construction, it weighs 18.2Lbs., I could never ride a stock sub again, dont notice the weight difference...

the one thing i noticed is her scrape works cage, in the back its soooo wide. my shins would be f'd up if i rode her bike for a day. but there cages are solid though.

Yeah cage design looks like it would beat you up. I love the subframe but just curious to see if the tabs will end up breaking on the frame.... Have to have a weakspot somewhere....

where it bolts up to the the frame it is pretty solid. they are more of part of the frame instead of tabs
