the purpose is that there will be less enigne brake and the gas will be less touchier.
there shoudl be a screw on the left side of your bike under the seat.

i would say 3000-3500 to learn ,but to which is own.just be ready to play with the brake.burn it in your mind!!!!!!!!the brake is your best friend!!!!when you pop that clutch the bike will come up as usual but when you let off the throttle(as long as your close to bp) the bike will stay there or want to fall back on the bar.it is up to u to control that with the brake and or throttle.practice.
