gp tech handbrake problems

anybody have this problem?i have a gptech adapter and 04 r6 master(even tried a 06 gsxr radial)and bled it perfectly.the lever feels great but the stopping power when past bp sucks ***.it seem touchy when you start to use it but like when i go for hb coaters it just falls back on the bar no matter how much pressure i give it(unless i lock the wheel up)but i have to grab it with 2 fingers and squeeze the hell out of it to do so.i'm almost positive there is no air.anybody?

Re: gp tech handbrake problems

sounds like you still have an air bubble in it. while in a wheelie air rises to the highest point, I.E. the break lever, or rear master depending on where the bubble is. keep on bleedin it..i bet youll find some more air.

Re: gp tech handbrake problems

i run a 02 foot master and gp tech fitting on my 03 R6, with a r1 radial, had to bleed it like crazy, but works fine. i keep my idle down when using it though.
