929 help greatly appreciate it

so i got my 929 key today and started working on it, i got rear ended by a truck going 70 mph while i was at a stop light so i assume a plethora of problems ensuing. so i got a battery an booster checked all the fuses and eyed the wires. made a few mods, i can get everything on but the headlight and the bike to start, i hit the red button and get nuthing, i still need a subframe, tail, rear rim and gas tank and it's all redone. anyone can help with an idea or something i greatly appreciate it
again

i turn the key and power to everything else but
headlight
&
ignition

no click no nothing

again i appreciate and and all advice

I know it sounds stupid... but go over all of you plugs. Make sure everything is plugged up, also check all the grounds.

Good luck.

and bypass the tip sensor then reset the computer by unhooking the batt.

Re: 929 help greatly appreciate it

let me find my manual to be sure but you should have a lose plug that doesnt go to anything close to the battery, you'll need to jump the plug with a wire and then try to start your bike( it wont start of course ) the little red light on the speedo will flash a certain number of times, looking in the manual you can tell whats is wrong by the number of blinks. now it may not work in you situtation since it wont spin over but its worth a try.

I know it sounds stupid, but I was thinking the same thing, bad ground or mostly dead battery.

I've got a 929 ecu if you are interested, I accept paypal. However, make sure you really need it. I'd hate to sell anyone something they don't need.

E rack, if you think you need it, PM me.
