what should i do?

alright, im still new here. i havent posted much just kind lurking around. but I'm giving serious thought into giving stunting a try. i have been racing motocross on quads for three years now and im pretty good. not pro level but not bad. my problem is that im already in that but would like to try stunting and there is no guarantee i will even be good or if i will love it as much as i think i would. i dont know if im making much sense but basically do you think it would be worth it to get a stunt bike and try?

You say your good on a quad. Go to the quad section and check out some of their videos. You prolly don't ride the way they do, and if you do, then you already know if you want to stunt a bike.
Start doing stunts on the quad, thats how I got started. Then I sold it and got a 929, I don't regret getting a bike at all. I just wish I'd have gotten an F4i.

Re: what should i do?

If you have the quad and the 1000, Im sure it wouldnt be all that hard to get an f4i or something. Go for it..If you dont like it, sell the bike

Re: what should i do?

If you have to ask someone else if you should start stunting then you probably shouldnt do it.

+1 I have only really just started in the scheme of things but I have had enough people giving me **** buying a stunt bike and then all the smart ***'s who put **** on you for trying... but at the end of the day I have so much fun doing what I do who cares! Just get out there and ride, progression will come in time :YEAH

Don't stunt that, start on a smaller bike, and not a brand new one. Learn from a stunter. If you try to teach yourself, it takes longer and hurts more.

Plus the stunters already have caged, clapped out bikes to learn on, for cheaper than your nice street ride. Just don't get to attatched to your first stunt bike, they have the life expectancy of a hampster.

From what I've seen. Your experiences may differ.

Re: what should i do?

yeah i think in the spring im going to get one. and then when i get it ill kick it over. that way i will have already seen it hit the ground. i know that nobody here can really tell me wether i should try or not but sometimes hearing what people have to say about my thoughts helps me figure things out.
