Re: round bar, 636?

get the sickinnovations round bar. It's solid steel so it lasts longer then others I have seen that are made with pipe.

Re: round bar, 636?

Alright, I've been runnin around posting between a few different threads.. the whole roundbar vs flatbar debate.. I've decided to cut my tail anyways and just rig up some led brake lights/turn signals. I'm just deciding on whether or not to build a flat bar that can mount up further in on the tail (cutting the end of the tail off, f4i style), or create a round one.. tough decision, especially since I am a noob and will wanna mess around on the bar like all noobs do, but I like the round bar for being easier and safer to scrape, and it looks a lot cleaner. This thread is basically finished, I've got all the ideas I think I need.. the bike will be presentable come spring. Thanks everyone!

I looked at the sick innovations one but it sits out past the end of the tail, and also goes right through the tail light... 905 didn't have a picture of it mounted on the bike, does anyone have one?
We have 3 options on the 03-04 636 round bar. Inside thetail, flush to the top of the tail, and then past the tail which is viewed on the site. Hit me up.

Ours do. You dont have to hack up the tail at all.

that's cool that there's 3 different lengths. itd be worth noting that on your website. if anything you should have the pic of the shortest one up, cause the whole point of a round bar is to be incognito right? which length sells the most?

Have any pics? Ive looked at the 03/04 everyway possible and there just isnt room for a round bar under the tail without having to either cut the tail or remove the tail light....If you somehow managed to get one in there Id like to see it....

I think it's probably the same design, coming out the tail light, but with a shorter U piece... I'd like to see pics too

Sorry man. I guess i didnt read you whole post. You dont have to cut the tail, but you do have use an led, or shave down your stock taillight.

Re: round bar, 636?

Sounds like sick innovations will be getting my business! I'm also interested on seeing pics of those two other shorter styles of round bar. It will be a tight fit as well as hiding it, you will have to shave the headlight but I'm positive you can make it work, mind you, you will have to scrape off the tip of the tail... no prob!
