What lever set-up are you using?

My 900RR has the barnet stiff clutch springs in it. Im planning on only using 2 instead of 5 springs for ease of pull, but i was wondering what set-ups you all are using for the clutch lever, for ease of pull.

Thanks

didn't anyone read what he just wrote? dude you will kill that clutch if you do not use all 5 springs...if you want easier pull use EZ pull or some other sistem, but do not remove springs from the clutch...

That will cause the pressure plate to have uneven pressure, and willmost likely warp your plates

Re: What lever set-up are you using?

i had issues with my asv cuz it was so hard..bought a pro raptor...was hard as sh*t too.....switched the clutch cable out for a brand new one from suzuki and it was silky smooth..and both the asv and the pro raptor were BUTTER..it was all ibecuz my old A** rusted non lubricated cable sucked...both are easy...asv is unbreakable, but the pro raptor has a far reach..if u got short fingers i say asv...but seem that everyone is using msr, or raptor..all ppersonal preference

he clutch is an OEM honda clutch, but the springs are barnett heavy duty springs....there isnt anything wrong, just the amount of force to engage the clutch is crazy. I never really realized it untill i bought a new dirtbike and felt how light that clutch pull is.

Re: What lever set-up are you using?
