Proper way to roll endo's?

Break it down for me. I know theres gotta be more to it then just front brake. Im tempted to try my luck at one or two, or more.

Re: Proper way to roll endo's?

least i can do an endo
start off by going about 40...take the weight off your seat by kind of leaning up on the tank a little and grab some brake....youll figure out how much brake to grab to get it off the ground
and if it skids..that means your not transferring your weight good enough to the front wheel
good luck

Keep on the brake when it comes up? Or do you just get it up, and lay off a little or?

Re: Proper way to roll endo's?

just go out and try different things. see what works for you. there is no "proper" way to do them. everyone will have there own style and tecnique. just take your time and dont push. cant use the brake to bring you back on these. sqeeze the tank with your knees and apply front brake keeping your arm reasonably stiff. this should get you started. over time you will learn what works for you and change things here and there. good luck. my 2cents.

Re: Proper way to roll endo's?

when you start off really fast, you can take more time to apply brake pressure to depress the from suspension, then hit the front brake some more and shift your weight like these guys are saying and you should get some response of the rear wheel lifting off the ground.

practice. as always, practice.

I think the faster you start out, its just easier and you get more out of it when practicing. You can 100mph, press the front brakes and get ready, and then try to pick it up when you are at a slower speed like 40mph... try that.
