I am dying over here...
What he meant was... when he has his bike on a stand it doesn't roll freely, it's like it sticks or something... I dunno how to explain it. But he feels that it is affecting his endos. understand now? or not?

im not realy sure but i think the inside pad drags a little at all times.. i think it might just be on the back but it might be the front also... either way, im sure someone else will post a better expliation

I have had that problem before after taking the wheel off to change the tire.
To fix it I loosened the two 10mm bolts on the bottom of the forks that clamp down on the axle. loosen the axle bolt just a little (1/4 turn maybe) and then tap it. that should free it up. If not the forks or axle may be bent if it's been wrecked and they are twisted a little and causing the pads to drag on the disc a little.
I've had both problems before just my
