I give you an A for effort on this design but I just couldn't rock this bar on my bike. Being laughed at and made fun of wouldl get real old real quick.

i was at the scrapeworks shop here in ct and they showed me the new gsxr subrames. Straight up garbage I tell you. You could drop them on the ground and they would break. Get one of their steel subframes with a bar like vinnie risk has. scrapeworks.com

look guy.. The idea is there but that damn thing is way to crazy big. You have a great idea about how the thing mounts just don't make it so d@mn big. Tighten that sucker up closer to the subframe and hack the hell out of the plate, it's way to big.. like uhhhhhh scary big. If I can find a pic of the one the ed1000 threw together I will post up. Mounts the same way but does look like that in the back.

This design is not going to be very strong.See the sideplates for the bar.They come out straight then another piece is welded to it and goes off on a 45.That will definately be a weak point.The sides need to be one piece.

I thought all the new GSXR's had a problem with the subframes being really weak, all the new bikes are comming with cast subs and they cant handle the abuse. So your 12 bar bolts up easy, but what does it do to address the weakness problem? Doesnt matter how easily it bolts up if the subframe is just going to crack in half eventually....

MXD had it right with their GSXR 12 bars going all the way to the subframe mounts on the frame...

I thought Alabama was bringing the stunt community down with our 7 whole stunters in the state but dammnn, That is embarrasing!! $hity design, it's going to break, way to big, fugly, and it hasn't even been tested. We make some of out own cages and 12 bars here but test them and take other cages and redesign some of the bad parts of them. $hit at least take the plate off and hit it with a grinder before posting to look like your a little less of a squid...

I think it will break/bend at the side bar welds on the 1st gorilla scrape... have you scraped it? does it work? got any pics/vids of it in action taking a beating???

and trim down that plate, those edges are gonna cause some hospital visits for stitches. I could use it to shovel the driveway in a few weeks

12 bar was tested very well, the bar held up well, very strong...snaped two stock subframes in the process, so im now in the process designing/ building a serious heavy duty subframe, instead of a 12bar for the 06/07 gsxr, it looks sick think you guys will like it...i will post pics as soon as i can...TEST/ RE-TEST/ RE-DESIGN until its perfect!!

see, and now imagine if u sold one of those bars to someone. They use it and snap their subframe, even with your SUPPORTS.. don't ever try to sell that **** until you test it over n over. tell carm i got him matlock season 3 dvd for christmas.

ok...i lowered the price because i refigured costs...havent tried to sell 1...i posted to let you guys know SOON i will be selling some products...1st thing im very honest bout everything...its all trial and error, test re-test before you sell...and another thing my stuff isnt junk, that bar was real strong...the 06/07gsxr are subframes 2 piece, cast aluminum... thats the problem...not the 12bar....this is why i designed and build a complete 1 piece subframe out of tubular steel...sick design, super strong...its being tested now...i will post pics asap...
