I've been avoiding this, but Kane, maybe people stick it to you because they know you'd do it to them.

For those who don't know, or only know the bs this ****bandit has said: Kane invited me out to film him, stay at his place and get to know the inside scoop on a stunters life. Given that I was just getting started on this documentary, I was thrilled. He even picked me up at the airport. And I had a lot of fun getting to know Kane and his friends. By the time I got to Fresno, though, Kane was like a different person. There were some uncomfortable moments here and there, hell, I was in a strange place, with strangers, doing something I've never done before. I was nervous and overwhelmed, paid my own way, and picked up the tab here and there when it seemed appropriate.

I decided to extend my trip, and film a few more people and another show before I went back home. Which I did, had a great time and made some new friends.

Meanwhile Kane was telling people I was a stalker, a groupie, a whatever... And when he was talking to me, he was steady running down the other people with whom he was very friendly to their faces.

I asked for very little from Kane, and he could have expected to gain much more from the experience, but he proved himself to be a total phony with the mentality of a seventh grade chick. He is not someone I would ever help in any way.

This is coming from a person who gives money to the same bum every couple of days, despite that bum having done nothing for me ever. Kane, I think you're a d1ck.

 

Excessa, I have never met you or talked to you. But you sure are doing your best to sound like you know something about the stunt world on this site...
Is it me or are you in every other post these days offering advice or stating some opinion..Do you even ride ?

in fact kawasaki motor company told me, that had i EVER produced a video with me street stunting that i am pretty much SOL

Yes I ride. As for being opinionated, I am. I've learned a lot from you guys, and I'm all excited about the stuff I have picked up. Probably I should learn to keep some of that to myself, but if I think it'll help, then I want to help.

I am not a groupie or a stalker, just a person who gets gung ho about projects, especially something as exciting as this. I knew nothing about stunting when I decided to do this, and still know most of it now.

Having you say something like that isn't as big of a disappointment as someone who was nice to my face saying crap like that when I wasn't around. There is no way to learn enough about a group of people and their activities to do a film about it without paying an almost unbearable amount of attention to them. Research on this project was very personal.

But because of the people who took the time to help me understand, the project itself is better than if I'd avoided social discomfort and tried to learn from a distance.

I won't be so overbearing in the future. There's just a lot of information in my head now and I find it interesting, so I asume others do too.

I'm just a regular journalist type, only newer at it.

Was that post really necessary? Does it make you feel better now that you bashed Kane? Maybe you are a groupie? Maybe you sent Kane a picture from myspace which has "angles" and you looked hot but then when you showed up you were pretty much butt ugly?

Everything you have posted is personal opinion, rhetorical, and downright boring. Your lengthy rants very rarely have any input that will benefit this sport. All you seem to do is try and provoke arguments, get documentaries to benefit yourself, and try to impede knowledge upon all of us that is more often than not uneccessary and most of all worthless.

I filmed tons of stuff out there, I have four hours of you stunting and two hours of you talking, both to me and to all the riders you talked so much crap about. By misrepresenting my intentions and outright lying about me, you cost me money on a business endeavor.

Man don't get me wrong I miss the streets but it's just not something WE can do now... or anymore, The 1st thing that "Barry Madson" our buell sponsor said was "no street sunting!!" we had to sign contracts to the fact!! and when we got approached by the National Guard I think a big factor in that was we did not kill the streets! we rep thes companies, and infact they employ us to do a job so as long as they are paying the bill there the boss!

Are you a freelance journalist? Do you have your own magazine? Do you even write for any current magazines?

Of the two series of questions, if you can't answer any of the second series of questions why in the HELL would you think you should even be allowed the time with Kane? Darius? Teach? Any pro rider? They don't have time for independent crack heads who claim to be doing big stories, and write ups, and interviews that amount to jack $hit. Do you have a tag with SSB on top with your name under it? No... you don't, so don't think b/c Kane realized you were a waste of his time he was supposed to treat you like gold. He gave you time out of his day to help someone out, who in turn... sounds like a waste of time. And according to most of your posts, you've accomplished nothing more than pissing away your own credibility as a "journalist".

sponsorships should be a whole class in college. there are sooo many different takes and expieriences, and relationships its crazy.

your as big as u make yourself out to be, and as long as the relationships are mutuall beneficial.. then your on the right track

forget about asking me or any other stunt rider.

i try to learn as much as i can by listening to ama racers and other prop athletes..

Yea stunt riders can be ****heads and a bit of a jerk sometimes, but just get get over it!!
I take plenty of hate from people because i show them out on a 50, but thats life!!

ive never met kane, but he seems like a wise enough guy, and has done quite a bit for the sport, but you seem to have done nothing exept cause problems, your fighting a losing battle, the question you have to ask yourself is: Who are the stunt riders going to back?? A professional stunt rider?? or a groupie??
