cam chain tensioner for 636

cam chain tensioner for 636
i went to my local bike shop and asked them to order a cam chain tensioner for my 636 bc my bike makes that same noise that everybodys 636 makes... and i read a thread on here to order a ape cam chain tensioner... 3 days later the bike shop called me and said they dont make em for my bike... so im confused...where can i find this item for my bike?

I have one its anodized green and has APE stamped on it
