don't know too much about riding, but I know a lot about exercise physiology. If doing circles requires a lot of muscle control, which I think it does because of your balance, then it would definitely help to take a day off for the toxins to clear out of your muscles...blah blah...just try it, especially if you're working hard enough to be sore
