ok i bolted it to the motor mount and that little tab that sticks off the motor its on the right side only because the bottom mount is closer to the left so i didnt put one there its shaped like a v i had to turn that threaded peice that goes thru the frame out a little to make room in between the motor and the frame i slam it down alot and it is holding up good every body i know with 636 s has had to get new radiators and i know alot of people who stunt them so i would def do this mod but i have never seen this air box problem i keep hearing about so i dont know about that .we dont seem to have that problem down here

The airbox prob is when it's really high in a wheelie like on the bar or coasters I heard.

Re: "What should be done to a 636" Thread

I know most of it has been covered but heres what Ive found in order of importance

#1 Breather mod, I have mine routed like stock but with 4 feet of hose wraped around the motor before going back into the airbox

#2 Rearsets.....make your own or buy billet ones

#3 My stunt stay if your goin full fairing
Name: DSC01188.jpg
Views: 38

#4 manual cam chain tensioner

#5 Weld the top rad mounts, only 1 rivit holds them on and they bend and break off if you dont weld them

#6 turn out the stock clipons or buy race clipons and turn those out

#7 just started to happen, my subframe is beanding up, the tubes are eventually colapsing and allowing the sub to bend. You could plate it up like someone already mentoioned but Im currently replacking the hollow tubes with billet aluminum...This only started to happen when I put on a very short round bar...

#8 The frames do not take frontal impacts very good, a good hit in the front will push your frame in without even denting the front wheel...Nothing you can really do besides dont crash into stuff like parked SUV's

breather mod only needed if you do gay bar tricks...which colton, if you do, you better not let Team HAI catch you....you'll be off the team if that's the case!

ya, they are crowd pleasers but who do you know who has lost sponsorship because they didnt do a bar trick!!!! not needed to amp the crowd up and definately garbage in competitions!

your bar trick sponsorship better include 2 or 3 motors at 800 bucks a pop or else you're getting screwed!!

636's pop motors like whoa when put on the bar...i can prolly give you half a dozen different stunters who have popped motors, and all because they put it ont he bar!

colton sucks anyways!
