Question About the F2

Well im not into stunting but some of my friends who ride that bike (Pichita Stunt 4 example) have noticed that when you wheelie the bike at slow speed using the engine break, the bike simply dies.. they dont know if thats normally on a carburated bikes or what. I guess thats not posible because Manny and E-dub in his days were rockin the same bike. Does anybody know what could be the problem? thnx

Re: Question About the F2

yes it's normal with carbed bikes.

the hundo had a REALLY bad problem with this.

i just turned the fuel selector halfway between "on" and "off"

this restricted the amount of gas entering the carb.

the reason the bike does is because it floods.

if you get your setting just right, you can have it not die out, and still have 100% of the same power.

np bro.

as the take drains, you'll need to turn ti more and more toward the "on" position.

with a full take on the hundo, i'm about 1/8th" from the "off" position.

you guys cant compare a dirtbike to a sportbike

how do you slow wheelie with engine brake that makes no sense.

the bike doesnt have a very strong idle, but it WILL slow wheelie
Ive owned a couple of them, they make excellent first stuntbikes

they dont bog at 12 unless your doing long scrapes, you can add a fuel pump to the F2-its the only F series thats gravity fed. you can an autozone pump or a F3 pump

take it from someone that stunted carbed bikes for 3 years, I can kill circles on carbed bikes all day, they just take a little more control when doing idle wheelies.
the only reason you need FI if your finessing circles, or doing bar tricks, or long endos.

you know where the gas comes out of the tank and into the carb? that's called the pet ****.

there should be a dial there, with three positions "on" "off" and "Res"

might be "run" "off" "res"

or sometihng like that.

turn the selector halfway between "on" and "off"

you may need to turn it ALOT more or ALOT less.

i have seen them doin some shows and the can do slow wheelies without any problem.. its just sometimes that the bike just dies, they say its like the fuel aint arriving to the engine or something like that. They will try to adjust the position of that thing Pete said before and lets see whats up. Thanks!!

Re: Question About the F2

with an f2 you need to keep the gas tank almost full. when its in a wheelie, the fuel is next to the carbs, instead of being above them. Obviously thats going to be an issue with no fuel pump.
