yes a throttlelock would maby work but im not trying first......

i did them with my big gears got maybe around 55 maybe 60 then i decided to go smaller sprockets maybe now 65 lil more but have no more room idle up so high i think the motor is gonna burst out the bike

i get there and then let go ive shifted by mistake by lifting on the shifter without relizing i was doing it skuured me alittle bit but i didnt have my idle at 10 grand i think it would have been bad if i did

that's a good idea! I think that coupled with maybe a 190 or 200 size tire and lowered pressure could make for some seriously fast no handers. And yes I do have my idle adjuster cut down and I think I can get the rpms pretty damn high. I'll try and get some video.

what's cut down? is that to do with the factory valve adjuster or an aux. cable through the TB's?

cable thru the throttle bodies, the threaded adjuster has a little nipple on the end that needs to be cut down.

I'm taking off my rotors and calipers, the lighter the front end less likely it will be to drop and easier to keep it up!
