F2 Gauge cluster removal?

I have decided to remove my gauge cluster and fairing stay bracket on my F2, for my Acerbis headlight. I was just wondering what exactly I do with the wires that conect to it? If I leave the wires connected to the cluster and remove them from the ones that run to the rear, will my tail light and signals still work? Are there any wires that I should not remove? Or should I just unplug them from the cluster and leave tham zip tied behind the headlight? Also could someone post some pictures of what wires to leave for my taillight, and signals to still work? Thanks a lot guys!

Re: F2 Gauge cluster removal?

haha, yea its just difficult to explain to someone that doesn't know what they are doing. As you take the front end off and the gauges just follow the wires for things that you still need. like for the signals, just follow the wires back to the main front end plug so when you unplug everything you will know what wire is for the left or right signal. Its basically just common sense, do the same thing for they headlights. Just remember that now since everything is being wired seperate you will need to ground everything on your own.
