Anyone ever had a bad f4i fuel pump?

My dam bike is dead. Last time I was riding, i noticed the fuel pum would make a weird growling noise when it would prime before starting the bike. Now the dam thing doesn't run.

Anyone ever had a fuel pump go? Or should I go down another avenue? All my wires are good, i dunno whats up.

I have a 929 fuel pump, i wonder if they are the same.

HELP!!! Need to ride!!!!

Yes, they are. I just plugged the other one in, and it doesn't work. So I have some other issue here.

F4i + Fuel Pump Not Priming = Ignition Diode going bad. Go to Honda, get an ignition assembly and replace it.

929's, 954's, F4i's... all of these bikes and their fuel pumps are absolutely rock solid. I don't think I've heard of one case so far of a fuel pump going bad. (unless it's run dry and even then it will shut off on it's own and not prime with no fuel in the tank)

That's a very common problem if 929/954/F4i doesn't start...almost as common as broken pegs and brackets on 636 and fragile subframes on Yamahas.
