Talking 905 Cage & 12 bar install?

I have a 1994 CBR F2 and I just bought a 905 12 o clock bar, and a 905 stunt cage. They will be here in about a week. I have never installed eather of them before, and I was wondering if I should take it to a shop or if I could do it myself? On a scale of 1-10 how hard is it? I am okay with doing simple ****, but if its hard I'll just pay a shop. What do you guys think? I was also wondering if the 12 bar would cover up my tail light?

you don't need a 12bar.. And the cage is easy to install if you are capable of turning a ratchet..

Re: 905 Cage & 12 bar install?

its easy..but from the sound of it..your gonna have a hard time
it bolts to the subframe where the seat bolts are and then 2 more at the end of the subframe
and your gonna have to cut your tail so the bar will fit

I can't believe you'd contemplate having a shop do it for you. they'd look at you like, wtf?

on a scale of 1-10, they are both like a 3 all you need is a torque wrench and a drill...
