Just wondering if anyone has tired raising their fork tubes to increase trail and move the center of gravity closer to the front axle.Wouldnt this lower the balance point of the stoppie and make the bike more stable?

I think most of us lower the fork tubes into the triple for stoppies. The opposite way makes the bike less stable

Now here is where I am confused.You say the motorcycles center of gravity is the front axle.I would think the center of gravity is the center of mass in relation to the rotating mass.(axle)

i got my vortex clipons today, so i'm installing them flipped and lowering the forks into the triple a bit, so that they are flush with the top of the clipons. gonna see how that turns out..

youll like it.. feels just like dirtbike bars though.. just not as wide... i went back to the bars
