Besides the GSXR and the CBR 1000rr what other radials are out there? I was told the 05 r6 is good?? How do you tell the difference between radial and other?

On the radials, the piston moves toward you.... on the regulars, the piston travels parallel w/ the clip on.

brembo 16 x 18 works the best for the amount of money you pay. gsxr 1000 works well or honda 1000rr ( must be radial mount ) much better for mounting purposes , with a radial mount you can have your clutch and hand brake lever right on top of each other , that way you can start using them both at the same time !!!!

Re: What's the best handbrake to buy?

the front radial masters off streetbikes are designed to push enough fluid for 2 calipers with at least 4 pistons each. They obviously still work for a handbrake but if you want more power, you'll need to either strenghten your fingers or find a master that pushes less fluid. The Brembo 16 x 18 from yoyodyneti is a great example. There are other brands that sell even smaller masters...like 12,13,14 mm. But those might be too touchy.

Re: What's the best handbrake to buy?

Just put a brembo 16x18 radial on my bike after running an old 750 master for a few months.Night and day difference! Easy one finger lockups and way easier to use clutch handbrake together. The brembo master is pimp!

another quick way is that most Radial masters will have a bleed screw on them standard units do not

Re: What's the best handbrake to buy?

I just bought a master off of an 05 R6, the line will be on the top of it, but with my vortex clipons I should be able to move it in far enough it wont matter.

But ASV levers **** with the arm pump so tues my new easy pull will be in and I'll have a lil different setup:YEAH
