That big grey harness near your hand in the second pic needs to be hooked up to the CDI box thing that is mounted in the front clip. I unhooked that before and all the bike would do is turnover it wouldn't start. Hopefully that will help..

I think your bike worked fine after the crash cause you had the front clip on still. When you take the front clip off you disconnect the tip over sensor which won't let the fuel pump prime, thats why you got to jump it at the harness.
