Please Help
I'm trying to learn the right way to wheelie i can power them up ok in 1st or 2nd gear but when i try to clutch them sometimes it does a burnout and it scares the crap out of me cause the bike turns sideways and stuff.
Can someone tell me what im doing wrong thanks alot

tires could be a little cold...warm them up first...it use to do that to me when i rocked highway stuff..but after they warmed up i didn't do it anymore
and like ^^^^he said lower the air pressure some..helps out alot
but the main thing is it just comes with time man

Your not transering your weight. Doesn't matter what your tire pressure is. Guys where wheeling long before 20 psi was ever around. When you let out the clutch rock your weight back. Problem solved.

I used to have the same problem. i found that i was giving it too much rpm before slipping the clutch. and i learned what slipping the clutch meant. i used to pull it all the way back with all 4 fingers and letting it go (dumping the clutch). then some guys told me to just use 1 or 2 fingers and pull it back only slightly (slipping the clutch), just enough to disengage the engine from the back tire, then give it rpm, then let the clutch go.
i used to give it around 12g's rpm (keep in mind i do have a heavy bike), but the more i learned clutch control, the less i rpm i could give it. AND i learned to time it all better (pulling in clutch, giving it rpm, and letting clutch go) for a smoother pick up.

thnaks alot everyone turns out i was revving the bike way to high then slipping the clutch. Now it comes up with no problem, as of now im just popping it up havent fully ridden one out yet.
