i just started learning slow wheelies and was wonderin is it easier to find ur bp with the stock setup or with a sproket kit. i have gixxer1000 and i just got a new 52 tooth sproket. what do u pros think? is it easier to find the bp with stock or sprock. thanks u sick f#*%s

Well it would make it a little easier to do slow stuff with a +sprocket in the rear, im sure u could figure out balance point shortly after that.

You can find it either way.. one is not really easier than the other. With the big sprocket you will hit it at a lower speed when learning but you can do it with the stock setup no problem. Just remember to cover your brake!

great.... thanks for the help guys any advice on brakes, new pads? steel lines? hand brake?

last time i'm saying this.

YOU CAN do almost everything on a stock bike, u don't need a hb to do idle, u don't need steel lines to hit the brakes, oem brake pads are fine... gearing isn't going to change your bp.. learn it on your bike, learn lots of idle tricks, then move to gearing when it's needed

when i had my 1000 it was hard to find bp until i got the night vision goggles out...BAM!!! that little b!tch was hiding under the throttle bodies

yeah, i learned without a cage, which is why i NEVER drop my bike... when squids get cages they think it replaces their kickstand
