Re: i failed
i've seen numerous full length ladders being transported by scooters....that **** takes skill, imagine turning corners with a 8 feet of ladder in front and behind you LOL
the best is seeing them transport aceytlyne or oxygen tanks...in the us there are laws stating you must transport them in an upright position, here they just toss them sideways on the floorboards of the ****in scooter and call it a day......
driving vehicles is something that is definately grown into a human's "genes" ....these people only started driving cars and trucks 20 years ago.....for the most part.....they honestly don't know how to drive correctly.

Re: i failed
while i'm at this i might as well explain the helmet law in china:
you must wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle (only the driver)......however, it doesn't matter what kind of helmet it is...i have seen lots of construction hard hats, the horse back riding helmets with black velvet, thousands of old school half faced with the bubble shields tinted like 1990 oakley frog skins.....
these helmets don't offer any protection....some day they might learn and understand what a real helmet can offer... i see lots of people with road rash on their faces......i'm positive it came from crashing scooters, they also don't understand the front brake, when they have to come to a stop, they simply put their feet out and try to stop flintstone style....
ok, that's enough, i could go on and on.....i'm gonna go practice falling down now.
