I saw according to stuntwars.com that the event will be held in Jan. 07'.......Does anyone know why they moved it up a month? Was last feb. 06' event not cold enough....

yeah, I guess. I think down here in Ft Myers Jan is usually cooler, but what the F*** do I know . I think March would have been nice.....

I was planning on making it to octoberfest this year but still workin on gettin another bike, caz my '06 GSXR600 was stolen...theres always next year and room for more practice when i get another bike...

I wish Stuntwars was held somewhere more Universal... somewhere in the middle of the U.S. It's hard for a lot of west coasters to get down there, especially for Cali riders. Think they'll ever find somewhere else to hold it?

the reason for having it in jan instead of feb is they moved the location to the lakeland speedway next door versus the drag strip and that was the only available and open spot to have it. plus if you moved it later into march etc , you start running into other bike events later in the yeat ( bike fest etc )
